30年來，清華卅普始終站在科技創(chuàng)新前沿，成為國內KA高頻晶闡管、大功率感應加熱電源的者。近幾年開展元件生產線貫徹國軍標的工作，先后承擔了：1條元件生產線貫徹國軍標；2個軍品元器件國產化項目；1個工信部電子發(fā)展基金項目；有9個科技成果榮獲省、部級以上科技獎；主持或參與4項行業(yè)標準的制訂、修訂；獲得了12項國家專利。

清華卅普已經建成了一支較強的研究開發(fā)團隊，在新型電力電子元件及感應加熱電源開發(fā)方面不斷開發(fā)出新產品，如150A/150V功率MOSFET、150kW/250kHz高頻感應加熱電源、混凝土管樁及高鐵軌枕用預應力鋼棒生產線等。目前清華卅普研發(fā)團隊已有近20人，包括：1名博士后出站、4名碩士；2名研究員、1名副研究員、4名高工；2名電工技術學會電力電子學會理事；2名兼職博士生導師、1名碩士生導師。
